I was a little worried after ordering the crib, because I read many reveiws stating that the item was received with missing pieces or broken. Might came with everything it needed, and only one slide droor was a little off, but my husband was able to easily fix it. The crib is bigger than what I was expecting it to be which is awesome, but the " mattress" it came with, I wouldn't even consider it a mattress. It's so flat and yuck. I had already ordered a different mattress for the crib, and I am so happy I did.

Loved this crib from the moment I saw it and thought it would be the perfect thing for the nursery. Got all of the pieces out of box and laid out and started to put together. We started with the changing table and the long piece for the changing table that the baby will actually lay on was WAYYYYYY to long to fit where they wanted it to go. We tried every way possible. I ended up calling our local store too see if they could do anything and because they didn't carry the physical crib in store they would not help us and would not let us return this crib in store for another one. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A STORE DOING THIS. So i called the customer service number and they said they could see what they could do about sending us the replacement part so we didn't have to try and get all these pieces back into the box and ship back. At the end of the conversation I was told it could take up to 6 weeks to two months for us to receive this 1 piece in the mail ...... I ended up having to take this piece to my father in law and have him re cut the piece for me to get it to fit. Thankfully we did it perfectly and the crib looks AMAZING now. But paying $270 for a crib I should not have to go through all that and have to alter the pieces myself to get it to work. I am just thankful we got it to work and it looks great in our nursery. I will tell you though... I will not be buying anything else from buy buy baby.
