I had sent an email to the team and Rahul was kind enough to get back to me and help me with replacing 2 of the parts to my crib that had got broken while being taken apart and moved around so i’ll be able to use it again with my daughter!

I bought this crib back in 2020 and it has held up amazing the entire time! We are now about to use it again for another baby! The company has been wonderful to work with on getting a replacement part as well!

This crib is easy to assemble and comes with a step by step booklet. Its pretty universal and can be used for any gender as well as in many different ways. Definitely recommend getting this product as it has been amazing.

Customer service is great, this crib gets passed on from family member to family member, was the last crib my gramps bought. Ran into a problem with a family member losing the screws and they have such great customer service and able to resolve the problem for us. Built very sturdy and well been through 2 kids, going to its third and never had a problem yet.

Was gifted this crib set and ran into a problem. Reached out to the company and they were quick with a response to help me out. Great product…durable and will last through atleast 3kids if you dont throw out cribs after use. Highly recommend.
