I bought this set for my daughter 5 years ago! She is turning 9 soon and it is still in tact. The comforter has been washed at least 35 times over the past 5 years. No shedding, no bunching up after washes, and only slight fading. The only reason I'm replacing it is that my daughter was doing a "project" and got super glue all over it, Now it has about 10 "sratchy, hard glue patches" on it that wont wash out (of course). I bought her a different comforter set about 8 months ago from Amzn, It already has holes in it and all of the filling has bunched up at the bottom after a few washes. It is also super thin. I had no idea that this particular set was still for sale. I passed by it while looking for a replacement. I honestly think I may get this again. It is still age-appropriate for an 8 year old and she loves the design. It's not super pink, gaudy, or "overly little princess-y". Tasteful, girly, feminine, a little whimsical, and nice quality.
The advertisement said it came in twin xl but what Came was a toddlers size
