Dr. Brown's® Deluxe Bottle Warmer & Sterilizer

We registered for this warmer because we had a family member who enjoyed theirs. From the first use, it does not adequately warm any bottle, large or small. We have to run the warmer multiple times in order to get the milk remotely warm. Unfortunately it is just easier to warm water for the bottles to sit in. Very disappointed.

Never heated to the correct temperature and within just 3 weeks, there’s water leaking from the bottom

Literally awful! Never fully heated the bottle correctly while using the settings provided. Used it for about a month before it started leaking water. Pick a different warmer.

You have to refill this with water almost every time you use it. But the water container has no cap and you have to turn it upside down to put it in place. So you have to spill at least a little water. Also they recommend you clean it every day (lol) and only use distilled water in it? This is supposed to save me time?

So, water reservoir is very narrow to demand distilled water. I’m surprised this hasn’t been pulled from shelves with how hot the handle and lid get to lift the bottles out after warming, so unsafe. The temperature of milk always varied, even though I use the same setting. I regret putting this on my registry and tossing the box before able to return. Invest in something better. I’m very disappointed in the design of this entire product.

This bottle warmer is terrible. The water reservoir design is so stupid. It leaks water every where! I managed to make this bottle warmer useable my removing the basket and pour water directly into the center of the warmer before I warm a bottle. Even then the water will still leak out the back. I have to leave it sitting on a dish drying mat to prevent water from running all over the counter. Spend the extra money for a better bottle warmer.

Got this as a gift for my baby shower. This product leaks literally pours out of the bottom you constantly have to fill it up at least 2 times a day if not more. It ruined my brand new dresser I got right before baby was born. Worst item I ever received. Costumer service was nice and sending a new one however I will not be using it I’ll be getting the baby brezza one my sister has and has had zero issues with. Wish I could give it zero stars

This bottle warmer does the job, but has some drawbacks that make it very annoying to use sometimes. First, it has preset volumes that you can choose to reheat, but they seem random. They presets are 2, 4, 5, and 8 ounces. Sort of strange. Also, the design of the reservoir is outrageously stupid. The opening on the refillable reservoir is tiny. It’s the width of a dropper tube, yet you’re supposed to fill it from a container of distilled water. Given the shape of the opening, it should come with a funnel for filling, but it doesn’t. Also, the exposed basin area that you have to quickly tip and click the reservoir into is small, so you have to move fast to avoid spilling. If there’s water in the reservoir and you move the unit on your counter while not keeping it exactly even, it will spill every time. The warming functionality in my experience works fine. It gets very hot so you can’t warm a breast milk storage bag or it will melt, but it warms a bottle nicely. You just have to wait a few minutes before taking it out because the steam will still be too hot right when the cycle finishes.
