Got this bed because we need a full size bottom bed. Overall assembly is easily enough. But 1st big issue the height in between to level is pretty short. esp when you put a regular size 5-6" mattress. even a kid can hit his head sitting. Also paint is super thin. easily to get scratch off. there are couple piece missing drill holes, but we didnt use it, so not much concern there.

Drill holes missing in one of the pieces- on both ends. Had to get a carpenter friend to come over and help. I like the bed but if it wasn't for my friend I would never have been able to finish putting together.

We bought this for my almost 4 year old for his big boy bed. I was really nervous about putting it together but everything was lettered and numbered wonderfully and the instructions were solid. It is a beautiful, sturdy piece and my son is going to love it! For the price, you can’t beat this. It took us about 4 1/2 hours to out together. You will need a drill and I’d recommend an Allen wrench drill bit. It will make it MUCH faster.
