DaVinci Charlie 4-in-1 Convertible Crib in Grey

I bought the Charlie crib and 3 drawer changing table due to liking the design from a retailer. Once opened and assembled we discovered the stain on the wood (chesnut) doesn’t match. Pieces of both the crib and dresser are different colors than each other. In talking to the company, the shades are within acceptable range for them though they look different. Very disappointing.

Ordered this crib and 3 drawer dresser in Chesnut. While the design of the pieces are nice, the coloring is aweful. The pieces of both the crib and the dresser are different shades of chesnut. Does not look good put together.

Overall extremely disappointed with this bed. The frame is not sturdy, and wort of all the smell doesn't go away for months. It makes the whole room smell like a chemical factory. The paint is very cheap and could be harmful for the babies

It says 4 in 1 crib. This is why we chose this. Not thinking we would have to pay the entire price of the crib again for the conversion kits. It makes you think it all comes together as a package but it doesn’t. It is a nice crib though!

Súper mala calidad de atención por parte de la trabajadora en el área de cunas, una niña malcriada que no tiene ni idea de lo que es atención al cliente ni ética profesional, la cancelación se efectuó por mal trabajo de ella al no actualizar la disponibilidad del producto, solo estaba pendiente a que no se le partiera una uña en el ordenador o que se le cayese una pestaña sobre el mismo, súper mal trato y mala atención

Have now had this crib a year and a half and although my baby wasn’t a fan 😂 I am still happy with the purchase and think it looks so nice. Husband didn’t have trouble putting it together and no problems with it. At a year old we were able to take the front piece off (didn’t need to purchase any other pieces to do this) to convert it into a side car next to our bed which gave us all so much more room. It’s been great!

We've had this crib for now 2 years. We are getting ready to turn it into the toddler bed. The crib has done great and is great quality. My only compliant is I'm having trouble finding the toddler converter rail...

I just set this crib up for my baby due in April. One of the screws broke inside the crib, and out the outside the wood splintered. Definitely not safe for baby!
