The simplicity, (and cost), of the cloth diapers from the past far out weigh what is the norm of today's cloth diapers, from the cleaning aspect to putting them on, and the cost difference, Oh my. My daughter uses the "new" form of cloth diapers but I use the this kind when I am taking care of my granddaughter. My daughter is quickly questioning the amount of money she spent on the diapers she bought.

Work as stated. Elastic around waist after a boy of sitting will start to absurd wet and then start leaking but as long as Ur child understands being wet is gross and uncomfortable and will tell u right away this product would work great. Think it is awesome for newly potty trained car trips and saving the carseat! May also help with less mess for overnight training. Totally recommend product. My daughter is 24 lbs and medium fits to size

These nylon waterproof diaper pants are wonderful. I had been using the old style rubber pants over the cloth diapers, but these are so much better.

Finding plastic pants in smaller sizes locally can be a wild goose chase, as cloth diapering mamas know all too well. Enter Dappi diaper pants conveniently located at BuyBuyBaby. I have used Gerber, of course, and BabiesRUs' knockoff diaper covers. One plus is a lack of "crunch" or "crinkle" in Dappi covers where Gerbers have a distinct noise every time baby kicks or gets picked up even. The elastic on these seems well made compared with the Gerbers. However, upon use, I found that they tend to wick moisture to the outside of the cover. Also, despite the bonus of being able to quietly pick up my child, the stealthy material doesn't clean up as nicely as Gerbers. Inevitably, mustard-esque BF poo will occur, and Dappis are harder to get stains out of. I will be buying more Dappis since pros outweigh cons here in my opinion. Also it's wonderful BBB carries these because some potty training little ones need a smaller size than what Walmart carries(18 mo+).
