I wanted to love it. It is very high quality materials, very easy to buckle him in. The swivel feature is great. It’s a hard install and very heavy, the car seat is not stable, load leg is terrible doesn’t add any extra support. I checked to make sure my car was compatible prior to purchasing. I can’t return it.

The harness clip is dangerous. It has come undone several times on my almost 2 year old. I always check to hear the click and then pull it to make sure it is locked. It has come undone with her just arching her back, it has come undone after she has given her soft stuffed owl a hug, it has come undone with her putting her hand on the clip, over the button, but not actively attempting to push the button. This is a $550 carseat supposedly designed for safety of babies and toddlers. Even if my toddler was actively attempting to push the button, it should not release so easily. As a test, I locked the clip, ensured it was secure, placed my hand behind it to create some tension and ran my finger lightly over it. Popped right open. Refuse to let her ride in this seat anymore. Would not trust it to stay locked in an accident. I truly believe it may only be a matter of time before this item is recalled because a child is injured or killed. I sure hope I am wrong though.

This car seat was installed correctly in the driver-side back seat of our Subaru Outback. We quadruple checked against manual instructions and the Cybex company video for installation. I attempted multiple times to contact their "parent support" phone number (877-242-5676), and was greeted with an automated message saying they are experiencing "technical difficulties" and they "must ask that you contact us later". It is true that the seat does not budge along the belt path, but the amount of movement over the rest of the seat is insane! The load leg seems to be useless feature, simply taking up floor space, but giving absolutely no stabilizing help. Another issue is that the crotch buckle is too low and the plastic around it is to wide - it sits between my (50% percentile sized) toddler's thighs and digs in. I haven't had this issue yet, but do agree that the chest latch seems incredibly easy for a kid to figure out how to undo. I do find the swivel feature to work well and be so convenient. The materials are certainly high end, and aside from the crotch buckle it seems to be a very comfortable seat for my girl. I also love the ability to recline it. So many plusses, but the insane wobble that you can actually see as you drive in normal conditions - negates them all. I will be returning the Cybex Sirona S 360 and going back to our no-frills Graco.

No other car seat compares. Purchased 2 Sirona S seats. Could not be more satisfied.

My third pregnancy killed my back. We purchased the Sirona S because of the awesome swivel feature. It is worth its weight in gold. My son is a chunky monkey and loading him in and out of the seat is so easy. I wish this product was out when my first two were little. He thinks spinning is a lot of fun too. We also love the SensorSafe clip as I often use it to make sure all is ok temp wise in the car.

Just bought this car seat today and I absolutely love it! I wish I had this with my other babies!

I was wondering if I was the only person having this problem but turns out there’s plenty of people with the same issue. Car seat is very unstable and Buybiy baby won’t return it, I contacted cybex because it hasn’t even been a year since I bought it and Chris isn’t very helpful. I took pictures and videos of how unstable it is and I sent it in he said “it’s probably the angle of the picture” then he tried to blame it on the load leg when it states on their manual if you can’t meet all the installation requirements for it that you can store the load leg. I’ve been communicating with cybex back and Forth and they are no help. I don’t feel safe driving with my kid in it. If someone could reach out to me from anywhere so I can get a replacement that would be great !
