CYBEX Mios 3 Single Stroller with Black Seat in Rose Gold/Black

I was so happy when I received the stroller until I open the box . Honestly for such a big price I would expect the stroller to be ready to go. Maybe just need to attach the wheels. well not this one is super complicated to put together I was watching you tube videos where it looked super easy but in reality things get stock and takes forever to go from one step to another. the canopy came all broken. Also it doesn't look the elegant feel that everyone talks about it gave me more of a old sad look. returned asap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received the Cybex MIOS 3 stroller in black with the rose gold frame as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel opportunity, and I was excited to try it out. First, the pros. The stroller is LOVELY. The frame is pristine, the fabric and trim on the seat and foot rest are sleek AND durable, and it just honestly looks like the celebrity limo of strollers. My 3.5 year old goes to a downtown daycare that is close to my work, so having something that is easy to load in and out of the car on any given weekday when we’ve already had to bribe him with gummy bears just to get him out of the house is a plus in my book. I love how easy the one-handed open/close mechanism is on this. It truly is a simple and helpful feature when you have an arm full. I wish the stroller were just a little bit lighter when it’s folded up for lifting into our trunk, but the weight isn’t unmanageable. I do want to mention that I struggle with keeping it standing if I have to let go of it while it’s in it’s folded state. I think this would benefit from a better stabilization. Finally, this stroller drives/rides like nothing bothers it. A smooth ride over bumpy sidewalks and across storefront thresholds, easy to navigate in and out of a train station, and doesn’t even move poorly on a gravel park path. In the cons area… I seriously struggled with the assembly of this stroller. I felt like I needed an engineering degree to decipher the photos in the instruction manual. I aimed to supplement my process with a video tutorial or something from the website, but even the slim amount of material I could find was still sorely lacking in useful, clear instruction. It took me, my husband, and our 20-year old cousin to put it together. I recommend giving yourself a good couple of hours… and lots of grace. Finally, I am feeling disappointed in the lack of parent helpers included. While it does come with a great rain cover, I don’t have anyplace to store object that really need to be easy access - phone, keys, a baggie of snacks, small things like that. There is a basket on the bottom, but it’s pretty small and will not feel appropriately sized for many people - especially those of us using our bags as combo commuter/laptop/diaper bags. Finally, I think this is sized appropriately for babies and smaller toddlers. I think it’s too small for my 32lb toddler, and didn’t think it was easily adjustable to accommodate any kiddos taller than 30” or so. Overall, if I were a newer parent and had my choice of strollers, this one would not be high up on my choice list.

The Cybex Mios 3 Stroller is chic and stylish with its leather and rose gold accents. It's modern silhouette makes it unlike any other product on the market and aesthetically it is the perfect fit for a city-dwelling parent. I personally own strollers, infant carriers and car seats from other high-end competitors and having compared the Mios to my experience with those, I can honestly say that I am unimpressed. The assembly was frustrating and difficult, an experience that I would not wish on already exhausted parents. While the steering and navigating is smooth, the construction feels flimsy and the brakes did not work properly: the stroller could still be pushed forward without much effort. Many strollers at a similar price point feature a more convenient and streamlined folding mechanism. Whereas the Mios required the handlebar and the seat to be folded in two separate motions and the folded stroller itself was not very compact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a really great stroller. The materials are very good quality, and the stroller itself looks expensive. The attention to detail is really impressive. I love the adjustable handle and how quick and easy it is to collapse down the stroller. It has great maneuverability; it’s super easy to push, even with only one hand. But we’ve only used it on flat pavement and sidewalks, so I’m not sure how it would fair on more difficult terrain. The one-pull harness is really convenient (especially when switching from one kid to the next) and makes for easy in-and-out with the kiddos. My favorite thing about this stroller is how easy they made all of the functions. Every adjustment you need to make is about as quick and easy as you could imagine. There aren’t many negatives about this product, but assembly was a little difficult. I prefer pictures with written explanations, and the manual only uses pictures, which were confusing at times. Getting the fabric over the frame was a bit cumbersome as well, but once it was on, made for a nice, snug fit. With the stroller being a bit on the smaller side, the more narrow base doesn’t seem quite as stable when turning (like a full-sized stroller would), but it still isn’t bad. Overall, I am incredibly impressed by this stroller and am happy to have it in our arsenal. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.

This stroller is very sleek! I felt so trendy and chic using it around town. I love the color pallet and slim design, it felt very upscale but practical. The stroller pushes like a dream! I was able to push one-handed easily while in the grocery store, on a walk, etc. My two-year old enjoyed riding in the stroller and typically she fights a little bit to walk and not stroll. The one handed features are amazing! My daughter is in a “mommy” phase where I hold her often but also juggle holding other things, so being able to undo the harness with just one hand was a nice feature. It felt safe and secure even though only one hand was needed. I have always had harnesses that required two hands on the front & back of the release button, so this was a change for me and I liked it! I worried before using the stroller that safety would be compromised with the one handed release but it was not. I also really liked how easy it was to open & close the stroller one handed. I was able to hold my daughter on my left hip, close the stroller with my right hand, fold it up & pick it up to put it in the trunk of the car all while holding her - that’s a plus!! The only negative feature in my opinion is the basket size. I prefer a larger stroller basket that I can use for my diaper bag and also double as a catch all for baby items, the grocery runs where I don’t want to use a shopping cart, etc. This basket is a bit small for more than a typical size baby bag. Overall I highly recommend this stroller. It’s easy to use, stylish and the one handed features give it a big thumbs up!

As city dwellers, we are constantly looking for a slim stroller that can navigate crowded sidewalks, but is also sturdy and comfortable. This is all that and more! Firstly, this stroller just looks incredibly sleek and sophisticated. The slender rose gold base is luxurious and yet still completely functional! Secondly, the Mios is so easy to maneuver! It's lightweight and nimble, easy to push with one hand. It was great on the city sidewalks and handled the cobblestones fairly easily. The basket in the undercarriage is decent sized, (I can always use more storage when running errands in the city, but it's definitely sufficient for child-related items). The seat is lightweight and easy to switch between forward and rear facing. While the set-up was intuitive, I still struggled in some aspects. I put the foot mesh on backwards and had a hard time fixing it. I also had a hard time with part of the harness. But the set-up video online was very helpful to give you a visual of how to do everything. (And set-up is just one time!) Overall, we've loved the ease and sophistication of this stroller. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You ever sneak a peek at some dope-looking stroller to see who makes it and what it’s called? The Cybex Mios 3 turns heads. We live in a relatively wealthy suburb, but I was almost embarrassed pushing such a fancy-looking stroller around the neighborhood. It looks crazy expensive! I was even relieved to be able to say that I got it as part of the Stellar Testing Panel. Anyway, the stroller is amazing once it’s put together. It’s like the sports car version of a stroller with excellent handling and a great suspension. But we had a hard time assembling the thing. Not that it’s overly complicated, because it’s not, it just requires a level of physical strength that not everyone has. My husband is a 6’2”, fit engineer with giant hands, and he was struggling at one point. He was legitimately concerned that other testers wouldn’t be able to do it and suggested an assembly service. I wonder if ours was faulty somehow? The lap bar is also more difficult to click in place than it needs to be. It’s almost like the bar is a few millimeters too long, so I have to force it. Storage is smaller than we prefer, but it’s just enough for a lightweight stroller. By far the BEST feature is the pull-to-close loop. It takes 2 seconds to open and close the stroller one-handed. And I’m obsessed with the fact that the cup holder comes with it. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The Cybex Mios will absolutely become our go-to stroller from now on.

My youngest is 3 (but is still within the weight limits for this stroller) and we have a 3rd kiddo on the way, so this stroller will be perfect! The design is classic, yet modern. It is sleek and compact, but still full-size with all the bells and whistles. I especially like the one-pull harness, since wrangling a toddler can be a challenge. It has a super smooth ride and got around the neighborhood no problem! My only improvement would be the manual. It took awhile to put together—and was a little confusing at times. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Cybex Mios 3 stroller!
