PROS: huge storage basket and convenient shopping tote, easy fold and stands up on its own, large tires that don't deflate often, easily converts into a double stroller without need to purchase an additional seat or extra adaptors (for most carseats), also has equal seats on top and bottom so no fighting over which kid gets the bigger seat and more room to grow in! Also, random detail but I like how double seats can be positioned to face towards each other (not all double strollers can do this). Looks more sleek than other strollers out there but doesn't compromise function... the "leather" belly bar and handlebar are nice added features for style! CONS: doesn't come with a bassinet and doesn't glide as smoothly as its competitor (not going to mention but the one that's $1000+), but being a fraction of the price, having all the same functions (and more) ... totally worth it to me!
Anyone having problems with installing cloud Q on Gazelle S? It’s really difficult to put the car seat on the stroller and takes several minutes to adjust and might crack the car seat, talked to the customer service and they can’t fix the issue . I have to suffer everyday coz they won’t help any further , it should be a very easy process for parents but now, SMH

Very smooth stroller, great on different terrains. Folds easy and stores nice. Cool to have second seat option. Good storage.

The brakes for the stroller stopped working. Even when it indicates it’s on the brakes the stroller starts to roll away. Scared us to death when the stroller started rolling away from our car with our child when the brakes were clearly activated, THIS WAS SO DANGEROUS. PLEASE AVOID.
Don’t buy this stroller. The stroller in itself is very good and the tires make for a smooth ride. But I bought it in Dec 2021 with an additional toddler seat because I was going to have twins. Twins were born end of March. Last month the handle on one of the seats already broke, so now it’s stuck in the reclined position. Took it to BuyBuyBaby but they wouldn’t help because their warranty is only for 90 days. So I reached out to Cybex customer service 3 weeks ago and have not heard back. Looks like I’m going to have to buy another seat, which is very expensive, and ridiculous considering that I’ve only been using the toddler seats for a few months since the boys have gotten are bigger. The seats are clearly made of cheap plastic and for a stroller that I planned to use for about 3 years, I'm worried now about how many times they're going to break!
I bought this stroller a few months ago, and today for the first time I’m going to use it, but unfortunately, it doesn’t recline, I already watch all the videos and it dosent work
Literally borderline impossible to fold. Surprised there’s not more reviews on that. Would not recommend.
I got 2 seats, one broke as soon as I got home, i unfolded it but weren’t able to fold it back, the push button just quit responding, bb&b took it back and replaced it. After 6 months second seat stopped reclining, I sent a msg to cybex customer service but no response. Overall I loved the stroller, yes it’s heavy but very nice and seat configurations are great and storage and everything else, but recline breaks way too often for no reason and I’m very upset with cybex customer service!
I only had it for 2 days already not reclining. What a waste

Love this stroller. We had the Priam at first, and decided to get the Gazelle with a second kid on the way. Recommended it 100% with 2 kids.
