My car seat for my infant is falling apart, I want to make sure she’s safe in case something happens. But I really feel like this car seat isn’t safe since I can see the foam in the inside of the car seat, the top part is broken on the side. My motherinlaw,bought it for me, and I used to hear good things that it was good quality but now I feel like it wasn’t worth the money. Since I’ve had for 4 months now

I got this as a gift from my mom and the stroller is beautiful but it’s not easy to fold, the basket is small, the cup holder is a joke, the tires and the locking option are stressful. One day I put the diaper bag on the handle just like I do with my other stroller and wagon just fine but on this stroller the whole stroller went forward with it, luckily my baby was buckled so she was ok.

Buyers beware, very pricey and not the greatest. We purchased this since it came highly recommended by the sales agent at BuyBuyBaby store. He sold us on the safety features, which are the only things we like so far, however, we dislike everything else about it. The handle gets stuck on the sun shade. You have to yank on it to get it unstuck. You have to use two hands to unlock the car seat from the stroller base which makes it hard to grasp the handle. Baby is 3 weeks old and I can’t imagine how it will be when he is bigger and heavier. The handle on the car seat gets stuck to move up and down as well. You have to yank on the stroller to fold down. Besides the safety features, the car seat and stroller are not ideal for ease with having to constantly yank on either one to work properly. Spend your money on a different product if possible.

I really wanted to love this stroller but now I’m regretful for not buying the more expensive brand. The car seat: the canopy is ridiculous- just for looks. It provides minimal sun coverage, others have written about this, come on Cybex, fix this. The attachments feel flimsy and I actually feel like they may come off with my newborn in the carseat. The stroller should be an easy one movement to close and to open. That doesn’t happen. I have to help it open after detaching the plastic that holds it together. Just buy a less expensive one or pay the full price for the reliable brand. This on is just for looks. The bassinet is hot and stuffy. No sun screen like the uppa vista. No under vent. So disappointed. I want my money back.

We love the stroller but the carrier is falling apart after only 5 months of using it. The wires that shape the canopy started to slip out at 2 months and now the plastic at the end of the canopy is breaking off. The wire was becoming hazardous to my baby we had to pull it out and now the canopy won’t hold up it’s shape or provide any shade. So disappointed in this purchase.

We love our stroller but the car seat is falling apart. My daughter was born in October l, I think it should last more than 6 months before it breaks into pieces. Really upset with this purchase. The wire that holds up the canopy was poking out while my baby was in it, hazardous to my baby and the plastic part at the end of the canopy is breaking off. Already have to replace it. What a shame.

It's a nice and beautiful item, but that's not worth the price, after few month of getting it, the hooks that connects the car seat to the stroller got bad, and today, the car seat base is no longer locking/unlocking to place the car seat on it. Squeaking noise was coming out of the springs but i had to Sonax on it and it got fixed, it's a item that you don't want to invest in.

Great stroller, easy to use if you get hold of it, just pay attention to how you fold it as it’s not obvious but once you get it it becomes natural
