I literally can’t figure out how to remove the tank from the base without spilling water everywhere. Is there a button I’m missing? I’m having to just yank the two pieces apart and hope for the best. Works great when it’s operating, but man oh man it’s a mess to refill.

I like the humidifier but the 4 stars is because I wish there was a light that stayed on when it is running. Our house is dry but it does require filling everyday. A night light would be nice to but just a light when it is on would make a nice feature.
I wonder if Crane will print this low review. I followed all the directions carefully. The green light goes on, but no mist comes out of the top. I've emptied it 3 times & refilled & tried again & again. No mist. Fresh out of the box. HUGE disappointment. Will try to return. I question all the 4-5 star reviews.

The water tank has a poor fit. It will either suck so tight I cannot separate it to refill or leaks mist around base if I do not push it down with pressure. The plastic is of lesser quality compared to the gallon humidifier I bought a few years ago. Disappointing to see a good product lose its quality.

Not happy with this product; I have another which is similar & same brand. This one leaks quite a bit
I love this humidifier. We had one for many years, when it finally died my husband bought another brand. I missed the quiet of the Crane....so we got a new one. It is a little smaller than our last one but works well.
Love this Humidifier! Use one in my bedroom and also my kids bedroom. The Mist is great and even relaxing. Have had mine for 2 years and still works great! I do empty the water every morning and dry it.

I tried this humidifier out that was sent to me by the Crane company and I must say that the first thing that appeals to me is the design of this product. It has a cool sleek design and I love the gray color. This humidifier really helped enhance my breathing at night time. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
