I fell in love with the look of this crib. Despite other reviews my crib came almost perfect, that was until I got to the very end of assembling and the last parts holes didn't match up. I was really bummed because I was nearly finished assembling and I loved it! Now unfortunately the crib is out of stock so I cannot replace it and I had to settle for one that I not so much love.

To find the manual you will need to go to the website and under customer service you’ll find the option to download the manual you need. Crib came the first time broken and I took it to BBB and had a return. The new crib came perfect. Looking forward to putting it together

Looks like a fork lift went right through it. It’s heavy so getting it in the car to return is difficult and a store isn’t close by so I had to order. All around so disappointed and most of all baby still doesn’t have a crib

The biggest downside is that this crib does NOT come with instructions and does not make that clear. If you Google the crib name + instructions, you can find them online. Other than that I am very happy with it! It's an adorable crib for a great price, in a proper white that is easy to match. Assembly was very easy between my husband and myself at 4 months pregnant, I was surprised how quickly it came together. My mom ordered the same crib, and hers arrived damaged - Child Craft sent out a replacement piece and it arrived very quickly. Definitely contact them with any issues, not the store. I have not used this crib yet since baby isn't here yet, but I'm very excited to!

This is a very cute crib at a great price. It's a nice proper white color (not ivory) which goes with everything and is easy to match. Mine showed up in great shape and was very easy to assemble - my husband and I had it assembled within an hour. My mom ordered the same crib and the headboard was damaged in transit. She reached out to child craft and they sent her a replacement piece immediately, I was surprised and impressed with the quick and easy resolution. Also, there is no funny chemical smell with this crib, unlike other things I have ordered. The biggest downside is that the styrofoam in the packaging will require 3 stretchy trash bags to dispose of - not a big deal for us as we put 1-2 in the trash each week as they would fit. Overall I would definitely recommend this!

I got the product damaged. Tried to return, and there was no option in the website or when you call customer care to get it picked up from home. So I had a chat with customer care to arrange a pick up. Waited for 2 weeks to get the product picked up and to send a replacement, However I didn't get any response yet. Very disappointed.

My only complaint is that the box did not include the instructions. I was able to find them online and still put together. It was picture only so a bit complicated from my phone but accomplishable nonetheless. Seems to be a common thing for this manufacturer, so just a fair warning. Otherwise though, very happy.
