I recently washed my son's car seat cover and was horrified to discover this dent on the Styrofoam where his head rest. Which I believe is where his flat spot stems from. This needs immediate attention from Chicco.

We love our Chicco Viaro Travel system! We had narrowed it down to the Viaro and Bravo after reviewing all other strollers in store and elected the Viaro based on its quality build, ease to break down/assemble, maneuverability and being light weight. (Viaro edged out the Bravo based on weight and maneuverability from on our review). I highly recommend the Viaro but would recommend the Bravo if you want 4 wheels instead of 3.

I’ve used 3 different strollers over the last 17 years (my oldest is 17 and youngest is 1 week), and I can say this is my least favorite. I’m surprised it has such high reviews honestly because it’s seriously nothing special. Feels cheap and certain design features, such as the cup holder, are annoying; you can’t have a drink in the cup holder without it pushing against your hand while you push the stroller. I originally wanted a different stroller but left the final decision up to my husband on which one we got. Although this stroller seemed okay in the store, once we started actually using it I realized how certain aspects of it are really annoying. Buy Buy Baby doesn’t let you return strollers once you’ve assembled them, now I’m stuck with it.

I love the design of this stroller and carseat, I feel in love as soon as I got it out of the box. I love the colors it can be gender neutral. I haven't gotten to use it yet because baby isn't coming until April. It was so simple to put together and only took maybe 10 minutes to put it all together. I'm really looking forward to putting baby in it come this April and trying it out for the first time. Oh it shipped super quickly, I was really surprised about how fast I gotten it in the mail.

I am a first time mom but this is not my first time with babies and young kids. I have used a variety of different strollers over the years when on outings to theme parks and zoos. So I knew what was essential and what wasn’t going to work. 1. I knew I wanted something along the lines of a jogger stroller (3 wheels) now technically this has 4 however, the front two are together in the middle and it really moves like a jogger stroller. I can push it effortlessly with one hand. 2. I knew I was going to need storage underneath and this has ample amount of storage. 3. Lightweight and easy to fold. This stroller is very light and I was super excited at just how easy it is to fold. I showed my mother in law and she tried it and was so impressed because she said that is the one problem she had with a lot of strollers is figuring out how to fold them and it is such a hassle most of the time. Even my husband loves how easy it is. Being lightweight is also an added bonus for getting it in and out of my SUV. 4. Reclining on the stroller is key for kids, I hate seeing a kid fall asleep in the stroller, it doesn’t recline back enough and they look so uncomfortable. This has the perfect recline for them. I know a lot of people have complained about the sun shades on both the car seat and stroller and I haven’t had a problem with them. Yes I do think a peek a boo flap on the stroller would be beneficial but I’m not upset about it. Yes the handle bar is a little close to the cup holder and the cup holders are small and shallow but again it’s something I have been able to work around. My husband is 6ft 3in and the height works for him. The car seat is great as well. Overall I am extremely pleased with this system. The price although a little higher than I would like but you get what you pay for. I’m sure the “perfect” stroller exists but I don’t feel like paying $500+ for something I will only use for about a year (I have an awesome umbrella stroller for once my baby turns 1).

If you’re wanting an entire system, this is the way to go. Stroller moves smoothly! Car seat isn’t too heavy. Only issue I had was the case at was too wide for many booths.

I bought this travel system as a first time mom, I honestly went with it because there was a good sale on it. I couldn’t be anymore happier. The car seat is very easy to use and my little one is comfortable in it, lasted us till he was 1 years old and he’s on the higher side of the growth chart. The stroller is lightweight and easy to fold with one hand. The push is smooth. I have had no complaints about this travel system and I highly recommend.
