This chair is so difficult to manage. Your kid will stay stuck in it and scream as you try to figure out how to get them out. Even after practicing a few times it’s incredibly easy to get stuck. Would not recommend.
Thank God I tried this before leaving on our trip. The tray is too difficult to remove and it seems way too flimsy to put my granddaughter in.
Three attempts to get this review approved! I consider this chair very dangerous. We used this item for <20 feedings and the tray could no longer be removed. There is a cheap plastic tab underneath that you press to release the tray, and it stopped working. Three adults and none of us could get our son out after the tray could no longer be removed. It was traumatic, and we were all shaken up. I see someone else wrote about the same issue occurring to them a month ago. My son may be injured because of it. He cried for hours afterwards. I informed both BBB and Chicco. BBB wouldn't take it back but Chicco provided us another type of booster chair to use.

The Chicco Take-A-Seat is designed for children up to 50 lbs.
I bought this to take on vacation for our 7 month old Granddaughter. Not once, but twice we were unable to remove the tray!! Her leg got caught twice and her Dad, Mom and myself were unable to remove the stupid tray!! It is very dangerous ⚠️⛔️ I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please learn for our lesson. If you plan on using without the tray I guess that would work. But she flopped around with out it. I returned it!!
This is not an easy chair to use. I always think it is going to pinch me or my baby when we snap it into place. We used it 2x in past year. Not easy to set up.
