Chicco® Polly Progress® Relax 5-in-1 Highchair in Springhill

I love Chicco but this was my least favorite purchase of all! I’ve had this high chair for a few months and I regret it. Somehow it folded up an collapsed with my baby! I’m glad he was fine, I can’t imagine if he was any smaller what could have happened but this high chair just horrible idk if mine was defective or not it doesn’t stand up when folded. The seat itself always seems to laid back it’s at the furthest position to sit up right but my baby always struggled to reach up to the plate. Oh and if it was a bowl don’t even he couldn’t reach it, he would be able to see what he was eating and my baby is not small. He’s almost one now and barely now able to pull him self more forward to sit up straight and see his plate. I specifically bought this for put away storage reason so sad I spent so much money and this is my 3rd child. The cleaning is kinda okay to throw in the washer but all the food falls in between the sides of the chair and the seat cover. I’m currently pregnant with another on the way I hate to say that I will be probably be having to purchase another high chair again. I dread every time he’s in it now during meal times nervous he might fall again.

Chair is flimsy, brakes don't lock, material is not comfortable for babies when it's hot, it has an extra attachment but it's too small. Not at all worth the price.

I've used this high chair for two of my kids now and there are some things I love and some things that drive me crazy with this chair. Pros: Lots of configurations so that it grows with the child. The wheels are great for moving it around, but I wish all 4 wheels turned as it's difficult to maneuver. It folds for compact storage. The adjustable height means we can use it at the counter or at the table. Cons: it folds, but is not stable unless it's leaning against something. The tray is supposed to conveniently store on the back, but it will fall off if you just look at it wrong. Really wish it clipped in better. The adjustable nature means there are a million little cracks and crevices for food to get caught in.

Only complaint would be to allow the rollers to be able to turn on the front of the high chair. Otherwise perfect!! This is our 2nd chair for our 2nd grand baby on the way!

I bought this overpriced high chair for my 7-month-old. Pros: it reclines, rolls, fairly easy to clean, it folds, and you can adjust the height. Cons: cheaply made-when rolling pieces unsnap out of place and the worst part is when adjusting height one side clicks in place but other side does not so the seat is lopsided when baby sits in it. I am so afraid the seat is going to drop as it doesn’t feel secure at all. I will be contacting Chicco for a refund.

This chair is flimsy, doesn't feel sturdy, wheels don't lock and the front makes it hard to move or turn the chair at all. The material isn't comfortable for my son to sit there without sweating, and it doesn't even look well put together overall.

I registered for this highchair and it was purchased for me. A piece of it snapped off when putting it together. It’s as though nowhere designed this thing wanted to create as many spots for food particles to hide. It’s very hard to remove the cover to wash it, and the entire chair is prone to stains and hard to clean. My son has been using it for about a year and we’ve finally retired it in favor of a $25 easy to clean highchair.

This LOOKS very nice but it is AWFUL!! When trying to roll this high chair around it doesn’t move very well and the back piece to adjust the baby in the sitting room laying position is very cheap and flimsy! I tried to return but because I threw away the box they wouldn’t allow me to. Smh SO PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND FRUSTRATION! I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing this god awful high chair that I don’t even use and in fact had to purchase another one because I didn’t feel like my son was safe in it due to the back not keeping him in the sitting position.
