Car seat sides are very high making in and out difficult. I think the one I got is defective as one shoulder strap is twisted. Thirdly - the buckle is very difficult to open - on more than one occasion I had to call my husband to get toddler out of the seat!. Maybe I got a lemon? Will see if Chicco stands behind it's warranty.

Well my daughter loves it and that’s all that really matters to me. After she had a surgery in her right arm I needed the most confortable car seat and this is the best option.

Very comfortable, safe and adaptable to growing kids—but nearly impossible to install. It takes two people and a lot of effort to get the seat clipped and strapped in; difficult enough that we sometimes take a different car for all adults to avoid having to reinstall the seats. Instructions are also needlessly complicated.

Second time we purchase this car seat! The first time was for my son 6 years ago and we absolutely loved it, he used it until he reached the height and weight limit, it was a great investment. It still had one year I left of life and we tried it out with our new baby girl and decided to purchase a new one for her. I love the zipper feature super easy to wash!! The reclining options and how easy it is to install.

Thus far we are pleased with how this fit in our Cherokee and how my grandson fits. We have it facing back & he seems to have room and to be comfortable. We’d returned a Britax as it wiggled around in our car.

I love the material color and all but Im having issues with it staying on the number it has to stay in in regards to reclining…I put it on a 4 and it pops up back to 1….so my baby ends up sitting up straight and it’s dangerous..
