I was told by the BBB expert this would work with my car seat. The car seat will not snap into place at all. I have the Chicco® Bravo® Trio Travel System. The base that it originally comes with fits perfect but this base was bought as an “extra” and it doesn’t work.

Hi Ashlie, sorry for your trouble. The Chicco KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seat does fit into the base of the Chicco KeyFit 35 Infant Car Seat. So if you have a KeyFit 30 from your Bravo Trio Travel System, it's designed to fit into the base of the KeyFit 35. Please double check your car seat. If you bought the Bravo Primo Trio Travel System, that shipped with a Chicco Fit2 Infant and Toddler car seat and that one will not fit the KeyFit 35 base. chiccoshop

Works perfectly with the keyfit 30 car seat. Simple to install, audible click when the car seat is latched and secure, and feels very safe.

We love the new base! We have two and they were very easy to install in both of our cars! The one-hand leveling feature was very helpful when making sure the seat was properly installed. The new rebound bar is a great feature; we especially like the fact that it allows for extended legroom (we have tall children!). It is also very easy to take the car seat in and out of the base which makes maneuvering the baby much easier!

Easy to install. Leveling bubbles clear and visible from both sides, easily adjust to make sure car seat sits in level most position. Would recommend to others. I would also suggest getting an extra base for a car seat if you have two people who might be driving the child around. This way you don’t have to switch based from car to car.

VERY easy to install, level, eject the footers to level the seat in the car, and it is very easy to use with the car seats (& it is nice to have the extra base when you have multiple vehicles).
