Me, my daughter and son were in a car accident where my SUV rolled 4 times and is completely totaled. I can't help but feel this car seat helped save the life of my 5 month old son!! Therefore I highly recommend it!
This carseat seems very nice when you look at it online and should be for the price. However, after using this carseat for 5 months I have some definite pros and cons. Pros: it is easy to get in and out of the car and the base as long as your front seat isn't touching the release handle, it seems secure and pretty comfortable. Cons: the carrying handle requires two hands to move it out of the way to put you kiddo in the seat, this is impossible if you are holding your kid, it definitely is inconvenient and would make me never buy this seat again. The canopy is ridiculous, it's like one side is not secured like it should be and it won't stay open without force. I see now that a lot of people have this issue. Lastly, I have a 5 month old and am already looking at a new seat because he isn't going to fit for much longer. I would buy chicco but not this particular carseat.

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is my granddaughter was born at 25 weeks.. Elevation on this carseat became an issue when she was diagnosed with CLD & ASD ( Heart & Lungs). If you have a baby that requires Oxygen & Constant watch for heart rate this would not be the best option. However if we did not run into those issues this carseat would have been perfect.. Chicco should make something similar to the Bugaboo Turtle Air ( Nuna ) that allows you to adjust the Elevation... Hope this helps those looking for a carseat, especially if ya have a nano - micro - or any baby born with above conditions..
Poor design! Harness adjuster button is right where my infants kicks his cute little feet causing him to injure his heel! My daughter did the same thing! This is a definite no for me. My kids have strong legs and love to kick.

Love this car seat. I had the same one 5.5 years ago for my daugther and I, of course, had to get it for my son. They are propped comfortably in this seat and the attachable stroller works great when they fall asleep in the car if you’re on the go!

Such a good carseat and so easy to install base and use. My only concern is that it doesn't fit in a grocery store Cart.
We love the Chicco car seat and their strollers! Rates so well in safety and with a satisfying click, you know your baby is securely in. Our base had some damage to it but BuyBuyBaby was great at getting a new one out to us.
