Chicco® Cortina Together Double Stroller in Minerale

We got this stroller because it has the ability to hold two Chicco infant car seats, which was a must have since we had twins. However after using it for a few months now (boys are 7 months old) I'm through with this thing. It's heavy, it's bulky. The center of gravity is too high. Driving this over any kind of inclined side walk, which there are many in it neighborhood, requires a lot of effort to prevent this stroller from falling over. It's a pain to bring downstairs, and we live in a third floor walk up. It doesn't fit easily in any vehicle. I have to remove the rear axel and the bar for the back of the storage to fit it in a hatchback. Borrowed a small SUV for a vacation and still had to remove these pieces to fit it. It's far too late to attempt a return so I'll just take the loss. We're going to take a look at the contours to replace it and maybe donate this thing or sell it for scrap.

This is a great double stroller! It’s awesome that it is compatible with our Chico infant car seat from our single stroller. It’s nice how the car seat can be placed in the front or back seat of the stroller. The product is good quality and value for the money. It has nice large wheels and suspension for traveling on bumpy sidewalks. It is heavy to lift in/out of a car, but overall I’m very happy with this product.

We bought this for our then 19 month old and newborn. We already had the Chicco Keyfit car seat and this seemed like the logical choice. I should have went with my first choice the Countours. A few things to consider, -the front canopy does not lock in place so if your older child is in front beware of the canopy snapping back and hitting the younger one when they are out of the car seat -front wheel locks are easily knocked in place. Our son is tall so he pushes them down as the bar to hold his feet pushes his knees up too far. This has caused a few foot injuries to us and my sons foot entangled in the front wheels -Somewhat heavy. I had a repeat C-section and I knew going in a double can be heavier then a single this was the best on the weight side. It’s easy once you get the hang of it. - basket is large, holding groceries etc -parent tray has slot this could be modified to hold cell phone, not big enough. Cup holders are great -Color options limited -steering can be difficult as the front wheels can lock and the frame is heavy to maneuver with turns -Gap in back canopy when baby in recline position so stroller blanket necessary

This stroller is heavy. I should have read the weight before ordering. It needs a good size area for storage as well. I have an expedition and it takes up a huge amount of room in the back. Even turning this stroller is not smooth. It’s overall just too bulky and heavy, I don’t see how it is beneficial or would make life easier for a parent or guardian of youngsters. We love the Chicco brand, but do not recommend this stroller. We’re planning on reselling it for just $50 (I can’t charge someone more knowing the issues with this, which will be told to buyer). We ended up getting a double jogging stroller from baby trend. So far soooo much better quality and maneuverability.

My daughter is so uncomfortable on this seat and when we got this she was only 15 months old she isn’t a small child but she isn’t huge. She should be comfortable so I rate it a 2 stars. I like the baskets space and that I can click my car seat in. But I don’t use this because it’s uncomfortable for my toddler.

Was easy to put together & very happy with the stroller.

Is lightweight, easy to fit in the mini van trunk and works perfectly with the keyfit car seat it does no need an adapter. The shipping was amazingly fast and arrived on 24th of December.

I have had this stroller for over a year now and purchased it when I was expecting my 2nd baby who is now 1. I purchased it because I liked the idea of not having to buy adaptors for the keyfit 30 infant car seat that we used when both babies were infants. Now that our kids are older I wish I would’ve done more research and gone with another option. Mainly because the visibility from the back seat is completely blocked by the front seat. It is large, which is to be expected but I can appreciate that it’s fairly easy to open and close and lift into my car on my own (as a petite person). It gets the job done but if we expand our family we will be looking into other options so the backseat rider can enjoy things like animals at the zoo, holiday lights, etc.
