The bassinet is really nice. There’s an issue though, the wheels don’t really work because there’s a piece of the core that touches the floor. I checked the instructions and mounted it again. Still the same issue. I asked help on the website and i got an email asking me 100 questions, to make a video, to send the receipt of the order, to do this and that. But nothing related to the issue. I just needed to know if there was something wrong I was doing, i didn’t want to be blasted with video requests.

The bassinet was surprisingly easy and intuitive to setup. Parts fit together easily and seem to be solidly constructed. The bassinet features such as raising / lowering of the bed and bedrails, as well as roll and locking are simple and effective. Can’t wait to use once the baby arrives!

I wish I had this bassinet when I had my first child! Very well made and I love that it is on wheels and has a locking brake. It makes it very easy to move around and then lock in place. My last bassinet didn't have this and was basically stationary. And we love the adjustable height, it is perfect for using bedside or as a changing table.

This product is exactly what we wanted for our first child. I'm so excited that it has wheels to make life easier in the middle of the night. The color fits our space perfectly and we can't wait to put this to good use.

As a first time mom who is constantly reading reviews on so many products, I can confidently say that Chicco has made my life so much easier! This bedside bassinet was so easy to use since even opening the packaging! The wheels, which allow transportation from room-to-room, make it easy to keep an eye on baby, as well as get things done! The fabric is easy to clean and has very easy removal to wash! I love absolutely everything about this product and would recommend it to anyone who is expecting a new addition to their family! It is evident that Chicco thinks everything through when designing and creating their products!

Easy to assemble. Getting out of box was simple for my husband, but if it were just me I would likely need 2 people because of size and weight to make it easier. Colors were nice, simple, plain. Everything functions as it should. Height adjustment is great. Hoping I can find linens for this that aren’t Chicco since it looks like they are out of stock. 3-in-1 is nice so we can use it longer as a changing area on first floor!

I was very excited for the many variations that this Bedside Bassinet offers. We have tried an array of bassinets with our other children; they always seemed to be lacking something. This bassinet can be rolled around from room to room which makes having baby close super easy while trying to complete other tasks. The easy use of having a changing table built in makes for less disturbance for baby while keeping baby calm and cozy. Great product that allows for easy washing and clean up. Thanks, Chicco for another great invention.

Having a new little one after getting rid of all of my old baby gear and this bassinet was a perfect choice! The set up was easy as my 10 year old was able to assist:) The fabric is easy to clean and simple to remove to wash. The bassinet rolls smoothly when transporting from location to location on both wood and carpet. The lock brake is strong and sturdy. The features for height and basket adjustments are easy to use and very functional for high beds and quick baby changes. Highly recommended!!!
