Great Tower for the Kitchen and Play!

Great product and customer service! My kid loves this tower from the time he climbs up every morning to get his first sip of water to the end of the day when he "helps" with the dishes. He loves drawing on the chalkboard and we've been using it to learn words and letters. We also have the arch and slide, so it's great to combine them on rainy or cold days and have a little indoor play fun. Also had a great customer service experience with Cassarokids when one of the pieces arrived damaged. They quickly sent out a replacement. Overall, I highly recommend this product. While it's pricey, the quality and customer service are great and it will last for years to come.

We purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday.She uses it in the kitchen as well as in her room. She loves the slide as well as the chalkboard. Fun product and overall very happy with it.

The product I received does not match the description or photos of the item listed for sale. The model I received does not have an adjustable platform to adjust the height, which is sort of key when looking for a learning tower. In comparing the pictures of what i received vs. what is listted on the BBB site, the cut outs are different (handles, sides) and there is only one slot routed for the standing platform. The instructions received with the item are a different model and screw holes are not the same, so you are just sort of left to figure out how it goes together on your own. My toddler, who is not adept at reading instructions or toy construction enjoys it, which is nice because it's too much of a pain to take apart and return.
