The chair is comfortable, and the perfect size for our nursery. The fabric is of good quality, but might need to be scotch guarded because of the light color. The ottoman is also good for storage and is compact. The chair has a good swivel, and won’t scratch the floor like a rocker might. We’re happy with this purchase.
Of all the gliders BuyBuyBaby had on the floor, we loved this one the very most for its comfort, practical use and its look! We expecting our 1st baby next month, so we bought this glider for our baby girl's nursery. While the store sent a perfectly new box in excellent condition, it arrived today in a box that was all damaged, ripped, smashed and with stains in multiple spots "acquired" during transit by FedEx. After my husband came home from work, tired, we had to arrange for a roomy vehicle to exchange the glider. We exchanged it, brought it home, just to find out that it turned out to be defective!! The fabric on the seat is sewn crooked, the entire glider is crooked on one side and it does not glide! It barely moves back a little, and then hits something. My husband tilted it and noticed that base is bent. And that is a brand new glider, from a brand new box! Needless to say that we wasted the whole evening on exchanging a glider on another one that turned out to be defective! How disappointing! Carter's has to know as well as BuyBuyBaby about the quality that Carter's is offering with their products! We have to be taking it back AGAIN for another replacement. There are no words what kind of inconvenience that is for us as a customer! We do NOT recommend this glider! At least BuyBuyBaby has been very helpful!

Love the look and the storage ottoman is awesome, but it started squeaking within 6 months of use. We tried oiling it but no luck. Disappointing purchase.

DaVinci Glider ended up becoming lopsided along with squeaky, perfect when trying to get a baby to sleep. I had tried to contact the seller and they said I waited too long to reach out for them to do anything about it. Solid customer service.
The chair is grinding on the mechanical feature under the chair when you rock in it. When we flipped the chair over to see what was causing the grinding noise, we saw there was an extra nut underneath. It also sits crooked. No wonder it was on sale.
This is easily the worst piece of furniture we’ve ever bought. It squeaks, creaks, makes a cracking noise, and is generally incompatible with rocking a baby to sleep. Do not buy this, it will fill you with rage when it cracks loudly as you just about have your baby asleep.

This glider is a game changer for our nursery and I can’t imagine our space without it. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing but super comfortable and comes in handy for all the hours of nursing. The glider rocks back and forth super smoothly and is super quiet which is perfect for calming a fussy baby.
