*Item was marketed as New, not Used/Return/Resold.* I purchased this item expecting it to be brand new and unused, however upon opening the shipping packaging the box was missing its plastic hand hold and the box was crushed and half hazardly resealed. When i took out the play mat itself, there was random debris and a fairly large formula stain in the center. It still smelled and was tingled yellow. The toys were connected to one another and the little seahorse had some sort of sticky residue on it. I had to handwash and hang dry all of the pieces, which i would of done anyway but I didn't expect to be cleaning up after someone elses baby when I bought it from the store and not second hand. This set is so cute, but its arrival state was very disappointing.

I got this mat because it looked like it had a lot for our first baby to keep him interested and occupied but there are A LOT of toys and pillows that come with it. He seemed over stimulated and so he didn’t really play with the entire mat. It is not machine washable so it now has a lot of stains that we can’t get out. Difficult to store and flimsy to keep putting back together. Now with our second child I got a more minimal mat that is machine washable and our 2nd baby seems much more engaged with it and not overstimulated. It’s also one of the more pricier mats so I would have liked an easier assembly and for it to be machine washable.

My daughter is almost 5 months and loves spending time in this. The only disappointment is the whale. I just put batteries in it and it’s not working. For as much as I spent on this the ONE item that requires batteries should work.

Super cute play gym! The toys are soft and lots of interactive things. He is still a little too young so he passes out a lot but he’s starting to become more interested in looking at it all.
