Unfortunately during the process of building this crib, there were more than a few issues with the quality. First, several of the holes did not line up in the steps that required one of the wood dowels plus a screw. Second, one of the screw holes to adjust the height of the mattress was stripped and just spun in the wood. One of the outside slats had a large chip in the paint/wood. Finally the drawer is extremely poor quality. I cannot see that lasting long at all. Normally I take reviews that describe a poor assembly process with a grain of salt, but I should have listened to the other negative reviews on this one. Absolutely would not recommend.

Love the crib! But have been having problems with the drawer and I can see other reviews have too. Everything else is great besides the drawer not opening right.

I have had this crib for two years now and the drawer never worked I should have listened to the reviews but I didn’t wanna take it apart after we had already put it together so I left it I just put stuff I don’t really use in the drawer as you need both hands to open and close it and you need to lift it a bit to open it’s just a hassle my husband and sons uncle tried everything they said it wasn’t able to work better than what they had done so we left it. Just a heads up if your getting this crib for the drawer don’t count on using it everyday, maybe just for storage like me extra pillows and blankets

I purchased this specifically because it was a modern/simple looking crib but had the storage drawer. Unfortunately the drawer does not slid in and out good. My husband is a professional carpenter and tried to shim it and still it won’t work well. It is crooked and won’t slide in and out easy.

This is the second time that we have purchased this crib for one of our grandchildren. The first one has held up so well that it was a no brainer for us to buy it again. Very well made beautiful crib

I like the crib overall. Got the natural wood and it's smooth and lovely, and the crib itself is fine. But the trundle drawer does not pull in and out properly. I had it assembled by a professional handyman and we could not get it working. The floor model in the store also didn't work, but I assumed it had been put together wrong or just a quirk. Very disappointed that I paid extra for a drawer that is now sitting in storage.

Overall it is a.nice looking crib but it had some scratches/paint chips and a spot that was sticky…. also didn’t realize you have to buy conversion kits for the other types of beds but i guess that’s how most of them come.

There was nice service at this store. It was disappointing that the store did not have the product that was listed on the BBB website. But, the manager knew that we were looking for a crib that would only be used for a couple of weeks and he was able to find us one that was inexpensive. They also helped us load it into the car.
