The chair is comfortable, and the perfect size for our nursery. The fabric is of good quality, but might need to be scotch guarded because of the light color. The ottoman is also good for storage and is compact. The chair has a good swivel, and won’t scratch the floor like a rocker might. We’re happy with this purchase.

Of all the gliders BuyBuyBaby had on the floor, we loved this one the very most for its comfort, practical use and its look! We expecting our 1st baby next month, so we bought this glider for our baby girl's nursery. While the store sent a perfectly new box in excellent condition, it arrived today in a box that was all damaged, ripped, smashed and with stains in multiple spots "acquired" during transit by FedEx. After my husband came home from work, tired, we had to arrange for a roomy vehicle to exchange the glider. We exchanged it, brought it home, just to find out that it turned out to be defective!! The fabric on the seat is sewn crooked, the entire glider is crooked on one side and it does not glide! It barely moves back a little, and then hits something. My husband tilted it and noticed that base is bent. And that is a brand new glider, from a brand new box! Needless to say that we wasted the whole evening on exchanging a glider on another one that turned out to be defective! How disappointing! Carter's has to know as well as BuyBuyBaby about the quality that Carter's is offering with their products! We have to be taking it back AGAIN for another replacement. There are no words what kind of inconvenience that is for us as a customer! We do NOT recommend this glider! At least BuyBuyBaby has been very helpful!

We bought this in the summer of 2021 prior to our first child being born. We had the chair for 3 months set up in the nursery and never used it. When the baby came in September we started to use the chair for feedings and rocking to sleep. Almost immediately the chair squeaked on each rock like nails on a chalk board. I would flip the chair around the lubricate the springs and bearings which would help for a day or two but the squeaking would be back. During the periods our baby still have thr startle reflex it was like Russian roulette putting her down using this chair because one screech or bang would wake her. On top of that we moved the chair to vacuum and the chair stained the nursery rug with grease. Honestly the worst chair I’ve ever used, we bought a different one from target and have used it for months without any issue. Unfortunately we weren’t able to return the davinci because we purchased it long before our baby came. I would not recommend.

I was a little worried reading all of the reviews about the squeaking noise but I’m glad I took the chance and ordered it. I have been using this glider for 5 months now and it has yet to make any squeaking or grinding noise. It looks so pretty in our nursery and it’s super comfortable and smooth. I have dozed off in it more than a few times. As long as it continues to not make any noise I would give it 10/10!

Horrible squeak. Unusable to sooth baby. Despite having paid for a protection plan. Buy buy baby wants me to contact the manufacture so they can send me a part to fix the thing. Horrible horrible experience. Don’t buy any furniture made by million dollar baby. Don’t get any insurance from buy buy baby, too much work to get any use out of it. Dreadful experience

Great chair, looks awesome in the nursey, easy to clean. Very comfy. After only two months of use, has developed a terrible squeaking which makes it impossible to move in. Hoping some WD40 will solve the problem, but just be aware!

I read the reviews of this chair before purchasing and read that the chair squeaks. I took my chances and bought the chair anyways. I’ve only used this chair for 2 months and it has an AWFUL loud screech/squeak both ways when rocking.

Purchased the rocker in the light gray. Its beautiful and is a great addition to our guest bedroom which is usually occupied with our married adult children and grandchildren, when they are in town. Everyone seems to love the rocker. It is very comfortable and a great value. Its just the right size for general use. Very happy with our purchase.

We bought this for my Granddaughter having her first baby for the Nursery. Not too bulky and the storage in the Ottoman comes in handy too. Cleans up with a wisk of a damp cloth. Would highly recommend ths product for a beautiful piece of furniture and a very durable rocker
