My 1st son who is 10 now has always had very sensitive skin and eczema so when I tried this baby wash when he was only a month old and seen how amazing his skin was I never used anything else on him. He still uses the lotions and other items from burts bees to this day. My 2nd son who is 4 now has the same issue, extremely sensitive skin and eczema but with this and all the burts bees products we never had to use prescription creams (very thankful). Now with my 3rd son 4 months old, I'm still using all burts bees products and I'm still in love with the scent of this baby wash 10 years later.
We loved the old formula and have been using it on my 19 month old daughter. We just ran out of our stash of the old formula and purchased one of the new bottles. It is just awful! It stinks! I don't understand how it is supposedly more natural now but has such an offensive fake smell to it. The old formula was perfection, worked great, and smelled marvelous. This new stuff is horrible and I can't bring myself to use it, my money was wasted. And I am so embarrassed I gave the new formula as a gift a few months ago not realizing how awful it is now. And the unscented stinks too but in a different way. I am looking for a new brand for my daughter!

this was a good purchase. price point is kinda high but nevertheless it’s gentle on baby’s skin and has the sweetest honey fragrance. it’s not too overwhelming.

I used this on my son as a newborn and as a toddler. It was super gentle on his skin and eyes. We never had a problem with irritation in the eyes

I started using Burt’s bees shampoo and body wash for my baby since the time she was born. My baby got severe acne on her face, neck and chest. At first, I thought it’s the acne that’s very common in babies. When it was showing no signs of improvement, I switched to another brand and it started getting better. I’ll not recommend using their body wash to other babies.

Contains phenoxyethanol. I'm HORRIFIED I used this on my newborn/infant. I feel sick that I didn't look into this more closely. For such a trusted company you would think BB's would eliminate chemicals that have been shown to cause skin issues, CNS problems, and potentially cause sterility later in life in babies.

I saved this shampoo from when my kids were young, many years ago and pulled it out recently when my 3 year old grandson visited. He and his mom both loved it so much, I ordered a big bottle for them when they arrived back home!
