Love everything about the mattress EXCEPT that as soon as we turned it to the toddler side the mattress sagged and has gotten worse. The companies "lifetime warranty" isn't actually a lifetime warranty; it is a limited warranty and if you remove the "manufacturers law tag" it voids the warranty (even though the tag clearly says the purchaser can remove it). The warranty also requires you to pay all return shipping costs; which for a mattress would be about equal to or possibly more than the mattress cost. Wish I would have read up on the warranty before I purchased this product, because the main reason I purchased it was for the supposedly excellent warranty and the lack of dangerous chemicals used. Guess it wasn't really worth the price I paid after all!

This is the best mattress ever. We've gone through multiple brands and types of mattresses with my older son and they all were horrible, poorly made and eventually sunk in the middle. This mattress has is beyond comfortable and can handles 2 toddler jumping on it and it's still comfortable. It's worth every penny.

I ordered this 6 weeks before my baby’s due date. The original order was returned to the warehouse and I was not notified by buy buy baby, I called for a replacement and a rep said it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. Then a supervisor said that it will be delivered in 2-3 business day. Both of these statements were lies. Here we are 10 days later and still no mattress. Very disappointing.

I have done so much research on mattresses and I’m happy I chose this one. I only wanted to get my baby a mattress that I would want to sleep on. I understand for an infant the mattress has to be firm but some of them are way too firm. This one is PERFECT. My 18 month old has been using this mattress for almost a year. I love how it has both a firm and soft side. It’s made well and has a nice cover that’s easy to take off, wash and put back on. No weird smells either. Love it!

I looked high and low for the perfect mattress for my first baby and I am glad that I chose this one. It did not smell when first opened and it’s sturdy but not heavy. 2 sided for when the Bebe becomes a toddler. Very happy would recommend.
