Bubula™ Steel Diaper Pail in Navy

Got this as a gift after registering for it because of its large size, ability to use regular trash bags and be hands free with a foot pedal (seemingly the only one with all 3 on the market) and boy were we disappointed. It doesn’t work & it makes a ridiculous amount of noise, which of course is a major issue with a baby! The foot pedal only opens the top, you still have to use your hands to close the top firmly, which makes it not actually hands free. The trap door doesn’t work properly and is SO LOUD. The company seems to not exist anymore so there was no recourse. BBB where it was purchased, would only give me a 50% credit to buy another because it had been over 30 days since the purchaser bought it. Very disappointed on all sides.

My sister (mom of 3) recommended this diaper pail and it’s worked well so far for my daughter for the past 16 months. The first diaper pail we received was damaged during shipping. It was a simple process in sending it back and getting a replacement. I use scented Glad kitchen trash bags and change the bag weekly. I also disinfect and wipe it down weekly. There isn’t a diaper pail that exists that will omit zero odor. I have no complaints about this diaper pail! It only gets rather stinky the day or two before it’s time to change the bag.

I wish I would have read the other reviews before registering for this diaper pail. It worked well the first few months but is very loud and then broke. First the slider broke and then the lid stopped closing and unless using brute force it snaps the plastic. Good luck getting help! BuyBuyBaby doesn’t accept returns/exchanges after 6 months and the company Ansan LLC has a Turkish website not listing this product or any way to contact. I’m now purchasing a different diaper pail and warning other parents to stay away from this one.

We received this diaper pail as a gift from our baby registry. I used to nanny and have tried many different diaper pails. In my opinion, this is the easiest to use and conceals the smell the best. Many of the other diaper pails I have used besides this one literally leave your hand wet from having to smash the diaper in by hand. Thankfully this pail is easy to use and does not require you to manually push the diaper in. I also had a part break off and was able to reach out to customer service bubulacs@gmail.com and they quickly responded and sent replacement parts hassle free. Great customer service! I highly recommend this diaper pail.

We bought this diaper pail in November and started using it when we brought our new baby daughter home from the hospital 12/31/21. Today is 2/15/22 and we discovered it’s already broken. We are extremely disappointed it didn’t last. Looks like the plastic piece that holds the metal rack for the garage bags snapped and now the wire rack isn’t secure so the bags are secured either. Buyer beware that this can happen due to poor design and cheap weak plastic parts.

I have bought this diaper pail 2 times in the last year and half. It continues to break and and leak. The smell is horrific and doesn't seal properly. Not worth the price.

This is a very nice, well made, stable product. I use it for my incontenance pads. We start out and end up in life in diapers! This product keeps everything clean and sanitary. AND-it shipped VERY fast!

Not sure what it’s so expensive. The soft touch latch broke 4 months in. The inside liner holder broke 6 months in. Our son figured out how to open it as soon as he could pull up on things and the heavy lid always makes me nervous that he is going to slam his figures in it.
