I bought this 1month or so after delivery. At 1st I thought all my problems& all the smells would somewhat be hidden by the technology of this pail... within 7 month period the smells became worse&worse :(. So disappointing. I went as far as blaming my husband for wiping it down. But when I blamed him I ordered another one. The 2nd diaper pail arrived& the1st week its was so bad we wrote the company! will never buy another again. 2pails for no smells & we now read a lot of reviews saying the kids don’t close like they should. Not being very computer savvy , I had tried and failed to enter a proper discount code while ordering. That being said I became very frustrated with my lack of knowledge and resorted to the old fashioned method of a phone call to my nearest store. I explained my dilemma and was switched over to the most helpful and kindest employee. Because of my delay in ordering, the employee advised me the order may not arrive in time for my scheduled event, however I was thrilled that it had arrived in plenty of time. My daughter in law was happy with the gift and amazed at the quality of the gift as well. Great job Buy Buy Baby!
