Britax® B-Lively™/B-Safe® Gen2™ FlexFit™ Travel System in Twilight

Handle broke off of seat while carrying baby. Manufactured in May 2022. Seat in use since October 2022. Store manager essentially said that it wasn’t their problem because the item was used. They allowed me to leave without a new seat because the failure wasn’t “a safety concern”, which I disagree with. Manager told me to contact the manufacturer warranty. Manufacture customer service said it would be 1-3 business days to process my claim, THEN send a replacement. Store: 8801 Southside Blvd Unit 10 Jacksonville, FL 32256 United States Never been so disappointed in a $500+ purchase. Stroller doesn’t lay completely flat.

I love how secure it is quite heavy but I just want a safe car seat for my baby girl.

Actually meeting with a store manager, and getting Britax sales rep info. This is suppose one of the safest and well known car seats and stroller manufactures, The car seat straps only have one pull system to tighten everything. The leg straps are so tight they leave welts on my 1 months old legs. If you loosen the leg straps..then the shoulder straps are too tight since its all one pully system. Also... if this car seat has a second layer of safety standards.. why is there only a thin plastic panal supporting my childs back?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this travel system! First getting it out the box, it was so easy to put together. The stroller glides so smoothly along any kind of ground, I have gravel and it was so nice and easy to push. Setting up the carseat and base in my car was so easy and I love the easy to read level. My favorite part of the whole set up is that it is cooling. During the summer, my baby gets so hot and to have so many openings for air flow is amazing. The Britax b-lively travel system is definitely a must have! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This travel system is a dream. It solves many of the issues I have had with other systems in the past. Installation for the car seat base is so simple, and they make securing it a breeze. It feels so much safer than any other seat that I’ve had, but it comes out so simply. It is slightly heavier than other car seats so it’s not easy to carry, but the stroller makes up for that. After you use it for a week or so you get the hang of the release to take it out of the base and snapping it into the stroller also takes a little practice. Some minor things that were not so convenient about this product were the size and shape of the stroller make it a little bulky for the trunk of my van, and the latch to open the stroller isn’t easy to do with one hand. Take down is easily doable with one hand though! The cushion in this car seat makes it perfect for a growing baby, and makes me feel like my daughter is so safe and secure. It is still a little tricky and time consuming for me to unbuckle her and buckle her in, but I’ll chalk that up to just how secure the seat really is. There is also a little pad on the buckle so it seems much more comfortable for her. Another feature that I love is the cover goes so low! It blocks the sun most of the day, well into the afternoon, and using the cover on the stroller and the car seat at the same time makes a cozy little cocoon perfect for when she falls asleep in the car and I still need to transport her! The maneuverability of the stroller is also excellent! I love the storage capacity. I could go on and on but we will be using this travel system for years and years to come. I am so grateful to have received this product free as part of the Stellar Parent Testing Panel.
