My grandparents got this travel system for my daughter as backup. And we all love it. I have another system in my truck, but they needed one for their cars when I went back to work. Second week back, I came home one day and my granddad was unpacking it. I was shocked they got such a nice set, but I am very pleased with it. My daughter is 5mos old and the size of a 1yr old already. The seat is a little snug and I cant stuff a bottle on her side like in my other one, but she's safe. The stroller is awesome and easy for my grandmother to take in and out of her trunk. The seat is user friendly and easy to adjust; my grandparents had me read the manual and show them. They caught right on! I have not experienced the base moving around the car seat when I take it out, Nor have I had a hard time detaching the baby seat from the base. This gets 5 stars from me and I would recommend it over the other travel system I bought myself. Granddad did good!!

I do not like the car seat at all. The stroller is nice though. There’s different shades of grey on the car seat and one looks purple when in the sun also zero head support for newborn

Love the car seat, if you have a very small infant and they're not holding their head up just yet. A head support pillow/insert is needed. Easy to adjust and install. Stroller is heavy and doesn't fold up very small. but is a very strong and well made stroller. has rubber wheels instead of plastic so I feel like its very good quality, i wont have to worry about the wheels breaking or malfunctioning. Will be ordering the travel bag for storage as I don't like that it is getting all scratched up when i pull it in and out of our trucks bed.

We absolutely love this stroller. The flexibility of being able to secure the car seat in the stroller is super handy. High quality, durable and convenient. Highly recommend!

Out of all baby products, we spent the most time researching strollers and car seats before our daughter was born. We tested many strollers and this was our fave. I want to address an issue in other reviews - removing the seat from the base. I was frustrated by this same issue at first. The problem was the driver’s seat! I need to move my seat up all the way in order to remove the car seat from the base. It’s annoying, but I’ve gotten over it. I drive a Kia Soul after all and it’s not the biggest car. On that note, folding and unfolding the stroller is a breeze, I can absolutely do it one-handed and it’s not that heavy. I store it upright in the back of my car - it’s tight but it works! I don’t remove the adaptors for the car seat every time I store it. The stroller is so easy to maneuver it’s insane! The turning radius is a dream and the ride is so smooth. Haven’t had any issues with squeaky wheels. We’ve taken this on crushed gravel walking trails and it’s handled it like a champ. We LOVE the adjustable handlebar and the enormous canopy with all the different window options. We live in an area with hot summers and cool winters, and having so many options with the shade (especially paired with the car seat) has been wonderful. The storage basket is huge and having the front access panel is a game changer. If I had to complain, it’s regarding 4 things: 1) the car seat is HEAVY! I can walk her to the car in it, but I cannot carry her for more than a minute or two, definitely not up stairs or around a store. That’s just the way it’s built, it’s supposed to be one of the safest on the market so of all things, I’m not mad about this. 2) not Britax’s fault, but we had a hell of a time installing the base in my husband’s Accord. Those latch connectors are super deep in the seat. It was a piece of cake to install in my car, so we bought a second base to not go through the hassle again. 3) the European belt loop system and not needing a base WAS NOT SAFE in the Accord. The car seat flopped and leaned all over. We checked and checked and tried multiple times to get it stable. Not happening for us. 4) Im starting to get worried she may outgrow the car seat in a few months. She’s only two months old and in the 50th percentile for length, but I’ve already adjusted the head brace and harness height to almost the max. That we will have to wait and see. Other than these things, We are very pleased with this system!

Very easy to fold and unfold

I'll start with the good, and with the fact that this is my first baby. We are tall parents and trying the stroller out in the store pre-baby, it felt great. Nice height, and very smooth, and it folds up very quickly and easily. I like the pouch that comes with it and the fact that the car seat and stroller fit together so easily and provide good coverage from sun/rain/etc. The car seat fit nicely in the holder and always felt very secure. We never had issues getting them to separate, but the carrier itself is not light and was a rough lift. It didn't help that my baby is a little on the large side... but definitely not over the suggested weight limit for the car seat. By 15 pounds, the car seat was already too narrow for her and the booklet stated the limit is 35 lbs. I cannot tell you how frustrated I am that we spent that much money for her to grow out of it that quickly! She would have been able to use it for a little while longer had there been additional removable pieces. The hand-me-down car seat (Maxi Cosi) does not fit the stroller (but we knew that). Honestly, the sizing part is what killed it for me, otherwise, I love the system.

I have been so disappointed in both the stroller and the carseat. The carseat gets stuck to the base all the time so when I go to lift the carseat out of the car, the base just comes up with it. The base does not feel securely fastened to the car despite having it checked by hospital staff, family and friends. The stroller's front wheel rattles non stop and just sounds and looks really cheap. The "infinite recline" feature is a joke. It is impossible to adjust it so your kiddo has a level back. My son is always hunched over to one side or the other, and the straps are pinched and twisted make the incline/recline rough and clunky. For a mid range price, both the car seat and the stroller feel and look really cheap, and do not feel safe at all. I was not able to return the set, but I did not feel safe driving around with my kiddo in this carseat/base so we went out and bought another one. I didn't even feel safe donating it to someone else. So bad.
