Very grippy Velcro attachments, hard to reach spot

The Velcro fasteners around the bottom front are difficult to attach around the legs of the stroller (Pathway). They’re skinny, super grippy, and hard to find the end, which is actually underneath the stroller, behind the wheel legs. So far I’ve just used it once during a cold windy day, to cut down on the force of the wind hitting my grandson. It was good for that and prevented windburn and frostbite.

I love this wind and rain cover! I love how nice it looks and the flexible fabric means it's easy and compact to fold and stow under the stroller. Fits the stroller perfectly and provides excellent protection.
