So cute! Only issue I had was it was hard to install at first
I really loved for my granddaughter. And I bought 3 (car seat, swing, and swing at grandma's house) It was ok. But when you put the neck support child looks uncomfortable. Without neck support the headrest is to loose for newborn's head.

I bought this product because of the neck ring, I was so excited because of that, but every time the I put the ring my child looks so uncomfortable the I end up using it without the ring... after that it is very soft and cute.
