Super water resistant for barfs and spills! I was worried it was gonna be to plastic feeling but it isn’t! We are using a borrowed boppy pillow so I am now confident the pillow will be returned in great shape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 of my close friends recommended this product based on their experience. I ordered it for my daughter who is expecting in March 2023. The product along with the covers that I purchased are perfect! My daughter is super excited to be able to use it. Excellent quality!!

I purchased this to help protect the boppy because it claims to be water resistant. It is not resistant at all. My daughter’s diaper leaked while I was feeding her and I immediately cleaned it up but it soaked straight through the cover and the supposedly water resistant cover and onto the boppy. I had to throw it all in the washer so the cover was as a waste of money.

The cover is not made to completely keep out any spill, but more so to increase time between Boppy Pillow washes over time...because we all have enough laundry to do. Is not water resistant. Baby spit up and it leaks right through the protector onto the pillow. Completely useless. Just an extra piece of cloth to wash.
I used the boppy for breastfeeding for 10 months. I bought because I didn’t want spit up to ruin the boppy pillow. However not much ever got on the pillow itself, so not sure that the pillow protector was really necessary. 4 stars for peace of mind.
