I used this warmer twice. The first time was great- easy to use and warmed the bottle up perfectly. The second time, the light never came on and the bottle was scorching hot! This is pretty dangerous for a baby product.

It was a good bottle warmer while it was working. But it stopped working after only three weeks. Also do you have to figure out your own water measurement depending on different bottles you use so it can be a frustrating trial and error kinda thing, while figuring out how much water to cook it in. I’m really bummed that it stopped working after three weeks. And I didn’t even use it faithfully. It hasn’t gotten much use at all, as im half bottle feeding and half breastfeeding.

Received the product, right on time. Baby will be induced, tonight. Can’t try the product, however, because it didn’t come with an essential piece, to keep us from torching our fingers off... the lift-out basket. We have the silicone bottle type, which has a hard plastic shell. Apparently, you need the lift-out basket, or you’ll burn yourself while attempting to remove it after warming the milk. Didn’t get one included, though.

This was gifted to us with our first baby. It's so fast and easy to use. The water level thing was a bit tricky at first but over all I LOVE IT

Wouldn’t shut off automatically and all the water boiled out. A serious fire hazard!

It would be great if it had an on and off button. But the instructions state to unplug after each use. Not convenient during night feedings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my ORB bottle warmer and have used it several times a day for a few weeks now. Besides the fact that I LOVE how adorable it is and how cute it looks in my counter, I feel the bottle warmer makes feeding much easier. It's a safer alternative to a microwave and takes less time to heat up. So far, I have had success using the ORB, as I feel it heats the formula or breast milk perfectly for my daughter, and that's important to me. Another plus is all my bottles fit without issue or having to run out to buy new bottles in order for them to fit. I value the bottle warmer and would recommend it to all new parents.
