This product comes in two pieces to assemble you align the top and bottom brackets and push down until you hear a click. This product was defective and did not click. In addition when recline it is completely sideways to the right almost making you fall out of the chair. The item also came with no instructions to make matters worse. Shipping takes forever and now we have to load this back to the car and reorder restarting the entire process.

Color isn’t accurate. Darker than I thought.

I ordered this chair from their online portal! Horrible mistake. Please read my worries listed below It said chair wont ship until 1and half month. Wait for about a month and contacted customer care. They said chair is not in inventory so I cancelled this order. I was given order cancellation number 220413-09169711. Was assured that I wont be charged. Guess what, few days later- chair ships. By then, I had bought a new chair from somewhere else. I call to check and customer care says they have re-routed the chair and I wont be charged. Person helping me was -Lyn. Couple of days after, chair was delivered. Being frustrated, I check with customer care and they say don't worry someone will come to pick the chair from your drive way tomorrow. Person helping me was - Renz. A day later, I check with them if someone was actually coming to pick the chair. Guess what, no pick was scheduled. How do you ever shop with a company again after this experience! Please shut down your site and close your customer care. None of them are helpful!

Overall we are happy with the chair. Comfortable and supportive for nursing. It does click softly as you rock as others have mentioned but it doesn’t bother me. My biggest complaint is the color! We ordered Smokey Taupe which is most definitely grey (photo attached) so try to see your color in person before ordering if possible.

Bought this in dove. The chair itself is great, super comfortable, and a great height for both me and my husband (5’4” and 5’11”). Only gave 4 stars because the fabric is entirely different than a darker gray one we’d tested in-store; rather than a more typical furniture covering, this chair is suede-like, which we were not anticipating. It’s fine, but I wish that had been more clearly described.

We’ve had this chair for over a year now. It makes noises when rocking. And I ABSOLUTELY HATE that it doesn’t actually recline!! I put my feet up and then the only way to stay reclined is to continually push my feet against something. It will not remain in recline position. It has been a nightmare trying to get comfortable while holding my toddler in the middle of the night when she wakes up from teething. I wish I would’ve invested my money in a more expensive, nicer recliner. Not to mention the first time this chair was sent to us it was broken and they had to ship us a new part. Since so much time has passed I doubt anything can be done. If you don’t care about reclining, the chair isn’t that bad! I’ve just grown to hate it.

It took awhile for it to ship and get delivered, but we are so happy with this chair! It is super comfortable, rocks, and reclines. Thinking about getting another one because we are so happy with it.

Chair Is a great color and exactly what we were looking for! It swivels, reclines and rocks. Overall great chair for the price, cozy and comfortable. The only negative about the chair is that it doesn’t slightly squeak when rocking but could probably be fixed with some WD40.
