This chair is PERFECT for our nursery. I opted for the power version even with the couple bad reviews because I love the option to stop at different points. I was willing to wing it and I am glad I did! I went into Buy Buy Baby store sitting on different chairs and this was by far the most comfortable chair I have sat in at any store! I really wanted a $1,300 chair from another place and I am SO happy I went with this one, it has all the same things. I like that you can charge your phone on it as well. The quality of the chair seems a lot more expensive than what I paid. I was happy I could use a 20% off coupon too! Its currently in our living room, trying to break it in some since its so fluffy right now but its perfect because I know I will be spending a lot of time in it and will last! I am 5ft petite, I can actually reach the ground and rock. I love the wide flat arms, I have been working on my computer and will set it there. Its big enough also for my husband to sit in. I felt lot of other ones were narrow. This one is just clean, sleek and good quality! Not ugly to sit out. I may want to just buy another one to keep in our living room! OH and shipped fast! With furniture now and days I was thankful I got it in about three weeks!

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase so far. It’s very comfortable and I love that I can customize how far it reclines.

This is a poorly put together product. Couldn’t be unhappier

This chair is extremely comfortable. We’ve had it for 8 months now. It does make a clicking sound when you rock if the chair is spun in a certain direction, recline feature is jolty but we just rock in it currently. Husband had a valid recommendation that the chair should have recline buttons on each side so it doesn’t matter which arm you’re holding baby with, you can still recline. None of these have been deal breakers for us though, would buy again but not pay for the power recline.

I was so excited when this very comfortable chair was finally delivered yesterday! I set it up per the instruction, enjoyed a brief sitting. Today at lunch, I sat in the chair, and the power footrest will not come down; the motor makes a very loud buzzing noise and shakes a little, but it is broken. Attempted online troubleshooting (different outlet, unplug different portions of adapter for 30+ seconds, verified nothing under chair). I sent a message to Best Chairs and hope to have a correction before my baby arrives in 2 weeks.
