I purchased this pump from Amazon.ca (canada) 2 years ago when my daughter was born to replace my Medela. Over all the pump works fine for a double pump. I don't love that its no portable but I've made due. My real disappointment is the fact that they do not offer replacement parts to Canadian customers! I recently had a baby, and the valve was damaged on one side, leaving this pump completely useless. I have a toddler as well, and pumping one side at a time defeats the purpose of having a double pump. I can't find replacement parts anywhere that will ship to Canada, and I've wasted money trying other brand parts to try and fix this problem myself. Customer service has been useless. They won't ship to Canada and have not been returning my emails or answer the phone. So now, I have to spend more money to replace my pump and the company is doing nothing to aid me in finding a solution. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE FROM CANADA!

Works great. I’ve used other pumps and didn’t like how they suctioned. Not too noisy; just soft vibration sounds. Compatible with kiinde bags so pumping has been an ease.

Overall I love this. It’s lightweight. It’s powerful and it’ does its job. I had been using a hospital grade one and then got this one for myself. It seems to have a super strong pull. The only thing I don’t like is if you don’t do the full 30 minutes of expression and you turn it off and then use It later, it will remain on that expression at whatever level you set it out which could cause a super surprise for your breasts .

Great Pump! It is so easy to use and clean. Very excellent product. Good power of suction, easy to clean, efficient, and convenient. That is really good! It was used every few hours to get the milk for our baby. That is quiet and also easy to clean.
A lot of pumps are hard to use/clean, some can be weak on vacuum, so I'm worried about getting a pump that could give me headaches. This one came in a retail box with everything connected, so I'm able to figure out how to use it instantly, maybe because I did some research about breastpump before buying this one. This pump is strong yet very quiet, it says BPA free and feels like good quality silicone/plastic materials. Overall I recommend this product to all moms.
