absolute love this product the rocking motion has been wonderful for nap time assembly was not difficult at all love the fabric would highly recommend this product most importantly baby Savannah loves it !!!!
I bought this bassinet only because of the auto gliding feature. It’s a piece of junk. The thing barely moves and mine is so squeaky it’s terribly annoying. There are two metal bars up towards the head of the bassinet and my son has hit his head multiple times on them. He cries because it obviously hurts. I hate this bassinet. I don’t recommend this to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I got this for my son, and it was awful in more ways than one. First, the canopy would not stay up, not at all. Second, again, like the other reviews the auto glide feature does not work correctly and has a mind of its own. The "sounds" were awful, not consistent, and definitely not soothing. The mattress pad was super thin and plastic-like and it was impossible to find a sheet that would fit it. My son hated this bassinet, wouldn't sleep in it and we used the pack n play instead. I am currently expecting baby #2 and am looking for a new Bassinet, I am not even going to attempt to use this one again.

This bassinet looks good, but mechanically and electronically, it’s less than functional. Why BuyBuyBaby sells this item is beyond me?! Gliding feature is pretty much featureless; it goes on when it wants, and usually in middle of night. Canopy falls too.

We loved this bassinet! The only downfall is that the canopy did not stay up for us. I wanted it to stay up so bad, so that our little girl could see the lambs, but no matter what we did - the canopy ALWAYS fell down. But who cares? She slept great.

I bought this product for it's gliding ability but 2 weeks in use and it's already breaking. There must be a faulty wiring because it's unable to do two functions at 1 time and sometimes won't even turn on.

None of the features work. The music is so quiet I can’t hear it myself. The bassinet cover would be great for blocking the Sun from waking up my baby if it actually worked but it only holds up on the one side and the other side drags it down violently after 3 seconds. I’ve read similar reviews. We mostly picked this bassinet for the gliding feature. When I first put it together (before I had the baby) it was a shaky, violent rocking motion and I was annoyed right then but not as annoyed as I was when we tried to use it after we had the baby and it barely moved at all and then just stopped working completely. I wouldn’t even say it’s a cheap bassinet and you get what you pay for. This bassinet isn’t worth $30 even. I received it as a gift and I feel bad someone spent the money on it so I’m using it for now but getting a different one for my next baby.
