I read so many reviews from other shoppers saying that lights don’t turn off, the beeping is annoying, the machine stops working (but is cleaning it daily), and a few others! To turn off the light you need to hold down the light button and it will turn off, you can also press the button a few times for different colors. The machine being used with babies should always be refilled before putting them down, fresh water is important! That will also prevent the beeping, even on the highest level! I have bad allergies, I’m asthmatic, and I am immune compromised, this machine has made nights easier to sleep and mornings better to wake up to. We use it daily and always refresh the water between uses! Prevents build up inside the tank and lowers calcium build up in the system.

Was a very nice humidifier and worked for our tiny studio style apartment, but broke fairly quickly. The closure to the water tank broke to where we had to use pliers to refill or clean the tank after 3 uses and after about 4 months of use the base would no longer register that the tank had water and would just shut off.

This is mainly a humidifier. Not much of purifying anything. And the level 1 of the mist....will still soak your floor after 10 min.

For starters, the display lights are very bright and no way to dim it or shut off the display. When the water runs out, it makes a series of obnoxiously loud beeps, woke me from a dead sleep. Then, after dealing with it for less than 1 week of use, there was a loud pop, a blue spark and the remaining water leaked all over the furniture and floor. Once I was able to get ot to the bathroom and clean up the mess, I noticed the base had a huge crack in it and there were char marks all over the inside of the unit!!!! I do NOT recommend this product at all!!!!!!

I bought this unit for my baby’s room. I specifically chose it because of its unique essential oil diffusing capability. Well, after a SINGLE use the essential oil compartment broke off entirely and the little rubber cup where you’re supposed to place the oil was so misshapen that I could no longer use it. After contacting their customer service and requesting a new one they refused to replace it because technically this one “still works.” Well if I wanted a regular humidifier I would’ve saved the money and bought one of those instead of your product. Not to mention that when the water runs out, instead of just shutting off (like any other BASIC unit) it beeps obnoxiously until you turn it off. I was delighted to find this out in the middle of the night when the water ran out and it woke up my baby. This is an absolute disaster, DO NOT BUY

I had such high hopes for this guy but after putting it away for the summer I can longer use it for the upcoming winter. It worked when I cleaned it out and boxed it up for storage. Now that I’m trying to use it again it won’t read that there is water in it. I’ve tried to reclean it to remove any calcium and hard water build up and still does not register. On top of that multiple pieces of the plastic on the base have broken off. It’s pretty and works nicely at first, but it does not last long.

Great product except it makes a noise as if your ears are constantly ringing. Unsettling at night when your baby is trying to sleep and you, the parent, can hear it over the monitor. Find another quiet unit!

Used one season then just stopped working. Very disappointed.
