I picked this doll up a few months ago. I have since picked up the blonde and plan to buy any more that come out. Hoping a Ken will be available. I think this is a GREAT idea and more companies need to start doing things like this.

This is a great quality Barbie and I hope the company expands on this concept and uses more recycled materials for the Barbie collection. My daughters ages 4 and 9 are the third generation of our family to enjoy playing with Barbies. We really enjoy this brand but admit we have contributed to the ocean plastic pollution because of that.

Of all the newly imaged Barbies over the last few years, of which I am very greatful, This is a pinacle of awesomeness! The Islander nose and shape I remember from growing up on Maui, and the actual recycled plastic (which , I hope, shows up on all future dolls!) Makes me have faith in Mattel again. I loved this line so much! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this a month ago and my 3 year old twin girls really enjoy playing with her. The dress is easy to change and they especially love the pink glasses. This is a great doll to add to our collection.

Being made from recycled plastic didn't affect the quality at all its still the same. Can't wait to make another purchase so she has more doll friends to play with.

After learning about recycling and recycling at home, it is fun for them to see something beautiful that can come out of it. It shows them one of the many possibilities that come from recycling. For play, they loved the addition of this Barbie to their collection and commented the hair is more realistic and easier to style than other Barbies.

This doll was great and it was nice to talk to my child about the reusable materials used to make it while fun moments of playing in the pool with Barbie happened. Definitely a great way to talk about recycling while having fun! My child liked the added accessories as well
