I was impressed how quickly the pillow took shape while assembling the pieces. It was easy and the pillow is a nice size. The overall quality of materials used is good. The biggest disappointment was the lettering appeared to look slightly faded, especially the names of the children. Although the color of the ink was intended to complement the pink or blue color, it would have been better to use a darker version particularly for the names. The font used for the name coupled with the tint used made it appear to be ?faded?. There is concern this issue will more than likely get worse over time as the product ages. The names appear much lighter than the other wording. The photo of the two pillows I ordered looks better than the product received. It would be nice if there was an option to purchase an embroidered product. I would be willing to pay the difference since the product would probably last longer.
