Upon arrival the box looks decent for a low end toy box. Start assembling and it’s missing the dowels. Husband calls and they say they are sending them. Days later they come, they didn’t send enough even though they knew exactly how many we needed. They send more, days later they come. Keep assembling, box doesn’t line up. Customer service advises us to basically loosen up the screws so the box isn’t put together safely (great for kids?) in order for it to line up properly. Fine. Final step, attach the hinged.. oh wait.. the holes are drilled in the wrong spots so you can’t connect the lid to the base. Contact customer service again and no response for days. Seriously wtf ? I have never dealt with such POOR customer service or quality in my life. Stuff from the dollar store is put together more than this toy box. So disappointed and I can’t believe BBB will carry their products. Horrid.
