Thanks to quick births and babywearing, I've not dealt with plagiocephaly first hand, so I was a bit skeptical about trying this pillow when I received it as part of the WeeSpring Parent Panel. My baby arrived just over a week after the pillow and once we were settled at home, I gave it a spin. I was surprised at how well it fit his head and how the type of fabric that covers it didn't allow it to move around on the crib sheet easily. It not only keeps his head nicely positioned, but it also seems to help support his neck and avoid "chin to chest" positioning. Previous to receiving this product for review I would have simply written it off as yet another unnecessary bit of crib clutter. Having used it (and choosing to continue to use it) I would recommend it and also consider purchasing it as a gift for expectant friends.
I bought this pillow and was cutting the tags off of it when I read the manufacturers warning. It specifically says that the pillow is not for actual use and is decorative only. I’m sure this is just a way to cover themselves in case of an accident but it is absolutely shameful. We threw it away. BuyBuy Baby should stop selling this product.

Destroyed my baby’s head shape. Now it has the shape of the pillow after less than 4 weeks of use! I’m devastated!

Material is perfect, weight perfect, very soft but I wouldn’t buy it again, babies move constantly so it was pretty difficult to use. We tried a couple times and it didn’t work.

Item was used and had stains on it. I can’t believe they will sell an item like that. I threw it away not worth going back to the store to get another one since it might be used as well.
This really works for preventing flat heads & to fix your baby’s flat head it helped my baby from not wearing his helmet anymore
