This dresser is cute...that’s about it. After testing it for tip over...(opening all the filled drawers and lightly pulling on it) this dresser would absolutely crush my child. I paid $379 for a dresser that is unsafe for my child and in order to make it safe I have to install the anti-tip kit which then ruins the dresser that I paid so much money for...kinda outrageous. I only recommend If you don’t mind ruining a piece of furniture that costs a pretty penny. Aside from the tipping capability, the dresser is cheaply made. It’s absolutely not worth the money. As I said, it’s cute but that’s about it.

Good looking, functional crib

We used this crib for both our little ones. Our older child used it until about age 3.5... though by that age after occasionally standing/jumping the metal spring/mesh frame that supports the mattress did eventually get bent so that it wasn't level. Easy enough to call the company and order a replacement frame which was used by our younger child, who is now 4 and transitioning out of it. To the reviewer who said the frame moved/swung when baby moved... our experience is that the metal frame is tension mounted to the outer wood frame, so if you tighten those screws a bit more to increase the tension, then the metal frame will hold its position and not rock or move at all. We did have the same issue at first because I tend to tighten things just the minimum amount necessary when assembling... but once we noticed the rocking realized that I just hadn't tightened it enough. There's still plenty of space such that I could tighten it even further than I did to really lock it in, but there's no need, it held it's position with what I'd call "medium" tension. It's also pretty straightforward to assemble/dissemble when moving or even just switching rooms in the house. We love the two-tone color of it and the straight sloping style of the two side pieces. (Heh... side pieces). Overall, very happy that this was our family's childhood crib and have fond memories of reading the kids to bed in it, wrapping fairy lights around the frame, and so on... would recommend it to others!

Poor quality/Not safe

This bed is poor quality, it feels flimsy. Also, the spring that holds the matress unlevels itself as baby sleeps and shifts the weight. Not Safe. My baby rolls to the side everytime the spring level is off. A waste of money, very disappointed.

Poor quality dresser, feels flimsy doesnt feel safe. For the amount of money paid this is not worth your money. Very disappointed.

Terrible quality, ineffective resolution of issues

We got the Babyletto Sprout dresser off our registry and we've had nothing but problems with it. It started with it being scratched in shipment, and when I wrote, the company only gave me the option of replacing parts that were scratched, which seems reasonable, but we had already put the dresser together and I was about to give birth and it seemed like a poor solution. Since the dresser has been in operation only a little over a year, we've had to repair all three drawers and recently one drawer completely fell out, and the track snapped off, almost pinching our little ones fingers. This dresser is terrible. We have been SO HAPPY with the SPROUT crib- we love it and have had 0 issues. But the dresser is cheaply made and wasn't worth the price. I shouldn't have to repair a piece of furniture three times in the first year of use.

Waste of money, really. Can't handle the weight of baby clothes for crying out loud. It came broken (they replaced the part after 8 weeks!!) and then it's been breaking ever since. Don't buy this.

Love the look and build!

Bought this for our first nursery experience by not only the Babyletto reputation of quality, but also for the mid-century modern look. It did take some time to assemble, but the wood is beautiful and drawers seem quite sturdy. Looks perfect with the matching crib. Love the removable changing table feature on top. Only wish it had a fourth drawer!

Pretty but poor quality

I like the look of this dresser and the changing pad has good size but the whole construction is very poor. Draws are very shallow so of course you can’t put too much in it but every time you open the draws they coming off the track. For this price I won’t recommend it if I knew I will just get ikea dresser for half of this price and better quality.
