This stroller is very durable, but it’s such a pain to lift! I really like the leather look and color scheme, but the basket underneath is so tiny! I will say that it’s a smooth ride, so your baby will definitely stay asleep.

This car seat is not safe for a baby! The straps on the back are not right, the carrier gets stuck to the base and you have to struggle to get the carrier out with the baby inside! Do not recommend! Bad customer service I had the manager laugh in my face and say she couldn’t take the items when they were in new condition. Stroller never used.

The carrier does not snap onto the base in the car easily. I have to do multiple pushes of force with my baby inside to be able to secure it in my vehicle. The front wheel of the stroller is sometimes hard to control. It looks like a nice set but overall wouldn’t buy again.

Bought this stroller system to use partially as a jogger because of the price difference- other reviews and advertising led me to believe I could use it on roads just fine. FALSE. Front tire jams on even smooth roads and sidewalks and jars the whole stroller! Gravel roads, sure that’s understandable but even through town I didn’t feel safe using this. If you want something to jog with occasionally just spend the money on a better stroller.

Good product but it’s a little hard to figure out how to use it at the beginning
worst costumer service ever, ordered this travel system jst,this product is not worth of this price,not comfortable,cheap material! so return it before 1 month even my baby born! and they send this back two times! and zero customer support! I will never buy anything from buy buy baby !worst product,worst service,worst customer support!

Cheap, cheap, and uncomfortable. The straps are rough and hard to loosen or tighten. The cushion is non existent. Everything is plastic galore. We returned it after the seat kept getting stuck to the base.
