If you have had a baby before - and know that pack n plays are not the easy to put up and take down. They get stuck any pack n play does. If you expect an easy put together on a pack n play I don’t know of any company’s who’s pack n play is super easy to fold up and store and fold back out ….

We got this item as a gift from our registry and it took three of us to figure out how to fully set it up. But once we took a breath and took our time, we were taking it down and putting it back up in seconds. Very easy if you relax and go slow for the initial breakdown and set up. You must click either side of the buttons fully, doesn’t have to be at the same time, but both side in order for the playpen to be correctly set up. Easy storage and very soft bassinet piece. The net to bring the mat up closer is low but I think it’s the correct height for younger babies unable to sit up yet.

This was the most frustrating thing to set up. Took 30 mins to try to set up. We still didn't get it to lock and fully set up. Your product is flaud. It looks like all the other reviews agree. Don't waste your money. Returned to BBB.

I bought this playpen set because of the changer and bassinet sleeper but I can not use it because 1 side will not lock at all. I have tried so many times . If I hadnt bought it way before my due date I would send it right back. It makes no sense for something to be so hard to set up.

I have waited eight months to actually write a review to give myself time to troubleshoot in case it was user error, but after months of trying and reading others reviews, I know it is not me. This pack and play is extremely hard to set up and take down. The rails on the side either don’t lock or one side gets stuck in the other side while on latch, it is absolutely impossible. So frustrating that some thing so simple can be so hard to put together and take apart. I used my father‘s pack and play at his house (name brand) I was able to set it up and take it down in less than a minute. That’s the way it should be! I would sell this to somebody else but I’d honestly don’t even want someone else to have to fuss with it. So dissatisfied. I highly recommend buying a different brand if you are in the market for a pack and play.

The mattress to the play pen is horrible. It is so hard and has no comfort what so ever. It feels like it is pieces of wood inside of it. It’s bulging everywhere and My daughter who is 8 months old would wake up from napping and scream like she was in pain from the so called mattress pad.
