CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. RETURN POLICY IS A RIP OFF. THE ENTIRE TRAVEL SYSTEM IS CHEAPLY MADE. LIKE SCARY CHEAP.

My sister bought my son this travel system and it’s been the greatest! It’s super light weight and very convenient. I love it and my son loves the bassinet part as well. The car seat itself is very padded and soft. I give this a 10 out 10 safety rating!

This travel system has a tons of awesome features. I love the it can be a bassinet or go to a seated position. It is also nice that it can face forward or backwards. The stroller also glides really smoothly. The car seat is very nice with inserts for small babies. I love the triangle handle for the car seat, it makes carrying it a lot easier. The only downside I have with it is the old manufacturing date. I bought this system in September 2021 and the manufacturing date is way back from 2019. That only gives me 4 years until it expires. That is very disappointing.
