I found this story which is time-honored to work very nicely in soothing kids to sleep, just like another book I've seen called All About a Boy Who Was Afraid of the Dark (and how he got over it). Without a doubt all kids have normal but critical for a kid worries, and to find books like these make parenting so much easier.
I had this book for my son (who is now 27) and had to get it for a gift for a baby shower. The hard book will hopefully hold up (ours held up fairly well - not perfectly, but babies can be rough on things). A classic that will never go out of style.
I purchased this book for my one year old. She absolutely loves this books and sings along with me. We love the pictures, colours and simplicity of this book. I also appreciate that this book has rhythmic language. Which makes it easier for toddlers to follow along. I would 100% recommend this book for babies/ toddlers. They will love it!

This is by far our baby’s favorite book. It is a classic and still around for a reason. Catchy. Simple. High contrast photos. Love it!

Brown Bear, Brown Bear is one of the classics, you cannot go wrong with it (or really any of Eric Carle's books)
